Am I the right therapist for you?

Truthfully it is hard to know if someone is the right therapist for you or not which is why I offer a FREE 20-minute clarity call this gives us both the opportunity to determine whether we are a match for one another. I have your best interest at heart therefore if I feel I am not the right therapist for you I am happy to sign post you because I believe in you receiving the support that is best for you.

Training and Experience

In total I have completed 3 years of training up to a level 5. I have experience within addiction, abuse, alcoholism, identity, suicide, self-harm, depression, ADHD, chronic pain, cancer, bereavement, death anxiety, challenges with intimacy and sexual connection, depression, low mood and much more. I trained at The University Centre Weston super Mare (UCW) and my training is accredited by Bath Spa University. I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) who are a governing body and I continue to learn and develop my skills and knowledge through them and other training platforms. If there is anything else you would like to know regarding my training and experience please do not hesitate to ask me.

I also come from a background of holistic practices and currently work within the health and social care sector. Through both of these backgrounds I have been exposed to what some would call unpalatable moments in life, and I do not shy away from complex and challenging life events. I feel both humbled and privileged to hold space for vulnerability.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy is simple. For face to face and couples therapy I pay a fee of £12.50 for the use of a therapy space. I am required to provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations. YOU will incur this charge if cancelled within 48 hours of your session. However, if you have provided more than 48 hours’ notice and are rescheduling your appointment, there is a £2.50 admin fee and no charge for the room.

Cancellation one week or more before session date: £3.25 admin fee

Cancellation between 2 days and one week before session date: £6.25 admin fee
